Our core values of Integrity, Collaboration, Quality, and Value drive the way we work. As a Concrete Finisher / Laborer, you will help place and finish concrete for flatwork, walls, and foundations. This role is ideal for motivated, hands-on workers who take pride in a good finish and want steady, year-round work with the chance to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal candidates will be comfortable with tasks such as:

• Finishing interior and exterior concrete flatwork
• Setting and stripping formwork
• Installing reinforcing bar
• Grading and prepping areas before pours
• Placing concrete for flatwork, walls, and footings
• Operating small and mid-size equipment
• Using saws and hand tools
• Lifting and setting concrete panels
• Supporting general jobsite tasks

Ideal Qualifications

We welcome applicants who bring:

• Experience with concrete finishing
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn
