As an Excavation Foreman, you will lead crews, coordinate utilities, and manage equipment and field activity. Key Responsibilities

Ideal candidates will be comfortable with tasks such as:

• Leading excavation crews and coordinating daily work
• Installing sanitary, watermain, and storm sewer utilities
• Operating heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, and loaders
• Using Trimble GPS for layout and grading
• Coordinating subcontractors and inspectors
• Maintaining soil erosion controls
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Supporting general jobsite tasks
• Performing minor mechanical troubleshooting

Ideal Qualifications

We welcome applicants who bring:

• CDL Class A license
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• 5+ years heavy equipment operation
• 5+ years experience as an excavation foreman
• Trimble GPS experience
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules
• Strong communication and leadership
