Our values—Integrity, Collaboration, Quality, and Value—guide our work. As an Excavator / Pipe Layer, you will help perform excavation, trenching, and underground utility installation. This role is ideal for safety-focused operators who enjoy outdoor work and want steady employment with a proven contractor.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal candidates will be comfortable with tasks such as:

• Operating excavation equipment
• Digging trenches and preparing pipe routes
• Installing storm, sewer, and water lines
• Performing grading and backfilling
• Assisting with jobsite cleanup and general labor
• Following all safety procedures

Ideal Qualifications

We welcome applicants who bring:

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Experience with excavation or pipe installation
• CDL is helpful but not required
• Strong teamwork and communication
