As a Site Superintendent, you will direct field activity, lead subcontractors, and maintain safe, organized, and productive job sites. Key Responsibilities

Ideal candidates will be comfortable with tasks such as:

• Leading field crews and coordinating subcontractors
• Managing daily logs and maintaining the project schedule
• Reviewing plans, specs, shop drawings, and scopes
• Running subcontractor meetings
• Coordinating inspections and safety compliance
• Conducting site orientations
• Monitoring quality and resolving field issues
• Overseeing punch lists, training, and job turnovers

Ideal Qualifications

We welcome applicants who bring:

• Initiative, drive and transparency
• 5+ years commercial construction experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• OSHA training
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience supervising teams and projects
• Ability to travel when needed
