Description of Work: Originally constructed in 1998, the facility underwent a comprehensive renovation led by Visser Brothers. The project included the complete modernization of four full bathrooms, with the lower-level locker room areas reconfigured into dedicated Bride and Groom suites. Renovations encompassed the installation of new wall and floor tile, countertops, partitions, doors, and a full interior repaint.

In addition, interior finishes throughout the building were upgraded to include new trim work, wall base, updated wall coverings, and fresh paint. Within the banquet room, the original floating LVP flooring was removed and replaced with a herringbone-pattern LVP installation to enhance the overall aesthetic.

The project was completed in 2026 over an eight-week timeline.
