The project’s objective was to improve the customer experience by creating an obvious and grand main entry, a concierge “ready to serve” style customer service desks, more transparent flow through service into the showroom and a climate controlled new car delivery space.  Through the design build process, we delivered on these client expectations through adding on to the building and a complete overhaul of the existing spaces.  Upgrades included new façade, raised ceiling heights, new finishes and MEP system replacement and upgrades.
