As a Project Manager, you will guide construction projects from early planning through final completion. Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Developing project strategies that outline scope, schedules, and budget needs
• Oversee daily project progress to maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Coordinating work across all phases to keep projects moving smoothly

Budgeting & Financial Management

• Building and managing project budgets
• Tracking financial performance and providing clear, timely reports

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Leading and motivating project teams
• Working closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field staff
• Encouraging a supportive, high-performance work environment

Risk Management

• Identifying potential risks early and planning ways to reduce or avoid them
• Addressing challenges quickly to help keep projects on track

Client Relations

• You will play a key role in creating positive relationships with clients throughout the entire project.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building trust and confidence
• Understand client goals, needs, and expectations at the start of each project
• Communicate clearly and regularly with clients about progress and milestones
• Respond quickly and professionally to questions or concerns
• Provide easy-to-understand updates about project status, changes, or milestones
• Seek client feedback throughout the project and use it to make improvements
• Help resolve conflicts or disagreements with a calm, solutions-focused approach
• Ensure client needs are understood and reflected in project decisions

Quality Assurance

• Overseeing quality control processes to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards
• Conducting site checks to verify compliance with plans and specifications

Schedule Management

• Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to overall duration and milestones
• Identifying delays early and helping develop solutions to keep the project moving

Ideal Qualifications

We welcome applicants who bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager
• Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, and regulations
• Clear communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
• Ability to pass a drug screening
